"I'm a bit disappointed. I've been on the search for a daycare for my dog. I reached out once and spoke with Scott to find out what shots were required and said I'd get inquire once i got his paperwork. Roughly a month or so later I reached out again, through the website, I had even called and talked to Scott again and wanted to set up a trial day and I never got a response. When he said he would shoot me a text. With all the research I've done I was really invested in this business as they seem personable and down to earth people who care about animals and pets. But how many times should I have to call when I was told he would get back to me. Working in a business where word of mouth is a huge advantage of gaining new clients, youd think they keep their word and follow through. Unfortunately I now have to take my business elsewhere and hopefully find another trustworthy pet care. Thanks anyway."

"I’ve been trying to find a place for my dog to go to for daycare/boarding. He’s a rescue and takes a while to warm up to people. Whenever I’ve picked him up from other facilities, he’s shaking and immediately wants to leave. My dog, Vader, seemed very comfortable and happy with Scott. That difference means a lot! Scott is very friendly and my brother, who dropped my dog off, said he was patient with Vader. He also came home clean! I feel safe knowing I can leave my dog in good hands. I will definitely come back!"
