"The facility is really nice, and the staff seem friendly. But I keep opting out of text messages and they keep sending me texts from a different number. I never want a text from my gym unless it is something important (like they had to close early)"

"I believe vasa can do better on their cleaning and sanitation the guest are the ones cleaning the machines anytime I have been there I have not seen one employee in the bathroom, maintaining the locker rooms and that is where the filth is puddles of water tracked along the whole locker room the dressing rooms soaked so you can’t even get dressed in there and then on top of that the gym is hot as heck so the whole time you’re trying to work out you’re dripping sweat because they keep the AC I swear is off and they just have two fans on I believe if the employees did a little bit more, and the AC was turned on or the heater was turned down. It would be a great gym."

"The facility is large enough and has amenities for almost any kind of training. The lifting area and machines are great. Lots of different Cardio equipment and they didn’t forget the stretching. I have been in personal training with Logan for a long time and he’s the best!"

"Nice facility but there client care is absolutely GARBAGE!!!!. They offer personal trainers which i used from June to December 2023. I then relocated for work and left December 30th. So I did like anyone would do and cancel my membership. They were going to charge me 480 dollars to cancel the trainer portion because they AUTO RENEW them. Worst part is you cant get anyone on the phone to dispute this with. They have a text feature which is garbage because they will connect you to an agent only for them to tell you there is nothing they can do and then disconnect from you. At the end of things I got 1 session waived and it roughly cost me 282. dollars to cancel something I never renewed myself or even have the chance to use."
