"We set up to buy pool with Richmond Homes two years ago to start the pool when home was finished. Signed house on 9/30/22. Platinum finally started 1/23, only to be almost July and only cement hole in the ground. We have offered to have them just do the pool so we can move on with someone else but turned us down. The 3-d picture and the plot map do not match. They won’t change and give us what we really wanted. Even though we were willing to pay. Everyone around us getting pools done in a timely matter. I ask neighbors and they all say with other pool companies very communicative. Not Platinum. Larry Simmons is the owner and is starting another business azbackyard lifestyles. They have great reviews. We can only assume they are putting Platinum Pools aside to get that business up and running. All we want is communication and fairness. At this point not showing that. Beware of both companies. December 2nd, still waiting to get our pool done. These people are not where they say. We just had two inspections fail. Run do not walk away from there new business ABL."

"This company was given to us through our builder Richmond American and they have been the worst. Other neighbors who went with Shasta who moved in after me have fully functioning pools and back yard. I am still sitting with a 1/2 done pool for over a year. They do not respond and their management team has not even tried to clear up the mess they have made. The worst service I have EVER HAD. I would never do business and will tell the world that this company is terrible and has taken NO accountability for what they have done/not done. Professionalism is out the window, save yourself and do not use this company. You will do more work then they do trying to keep them on task."

"From the very beginning with making an appointment with Customer Concierge ; to the Project Manager, coming out to my house to survey & measure my backyard and he designed my pool right on the spot. Larry was great and came to my house twice to make sure that everything that I wanted in the design of my pool was included before we moved on in the process; to , Construction Manager, and his great team were awesome and all about making sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. When I was not at home, they sent me pictures of what was being done everyday. Larry is a very patient guy and great at what he does! Scheduling Manager, was great at being in communication and letting me know when their teams were scheduled to come to my house and what they would be doing. if I had any questions they find the answer out for me quickly; Landscape Superintendent, and his entire team were all great and very knowledgeable about all the plants that I had picked out. Larry came back out to meet with me to make sure I knew how to take care of my yard, all contributed at some point during the project and were all part of the team as well. If I forgot anyone, just know that it is truly an "all hands on deck" to make sure that the customer has all of what they want in the project. They keep working until you are happy and satisfied with the result. Everyone worked together to have my project go as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Platinumpoolsaz to anyone that is looking at putting a pool in. It was a great experience!"

"When we first started shopping around for pools, we heard from many people that platinumpoolsaz was the best. Throughout the pool building process we dealt with many different people in the company. Every single one of them was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and truly looked out for our best interests. There weren't many hiccups we came across, but when we did they were handled immediately and the staff made sure that we were 100% happy. Special thank you to our scheduling manager Larry who was friendly and helpful and always had an open line of communication. always there if we had questions and would call back quickly if we weren't able to get through initially. Another special thank you, our salesman who was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to quality but affordable choices for our budget. There was no pressure with Marc at all and he made the process enjoyable. We also want to mention our construction manager. We didn't deal with him much one on one, but I know he was at our house multiple times ensuring that the work was up to par! The couple times we did see him, he took the time to explain what was going on and what would happen next. I know there were many "behind the scenes" people who put a lot of work into our pool as well. All in all, the customer service from Platinumpoolsaz will not be beat. We are very happy with the way the pool turned out!! Not only is the customer service amazing, but the work they do is awesome too!!"
