Riverview Park

"This is a really lovely park. There were a lot of people there the day we went, but the size of the park made it feel not as crowded. Some people do need to learn to keep their dogs on a leash and the leash in their hands, but that was my only real complaint about the day."

""Riverview, a pretty view." Where to start... there is so much to cover, I don't want to write a book, but here are the highlights and photos. The view when you pull up immediately slaps you with the ponds within the whole park- absolutely gorgeous. They allow for fishing with a license. The paths to get to each area are easy to follow and encircled by huge fields and pretty ponds. There are many places to sit, whether for a pic nic or romantic chill. Now, for the kids. The playground is very diverse concerning things to do. There is a designated toddler area, multiple play things around the paths, many places to sit to watch your kids play, and a bigger kid playground as well. Multiple ninja rope obstacles, and there's a huge... triangle... climby rope coarse as well, which is challenging even for adults. This park is a must visit for families. If you come here, bring some wheels. Well Kept? Definitely Shaded? Yes Swings? Only tire swing, not conventional swings Open field? So much Public Restroom? Yes Playground close to the main road (safety for children)? Not close enough to helicopter Ground material? wood chips and soft rubberizes Parking? Easy and a lot"

"Nice big open space through a boomerang or two. I really like it it's always empty and it's a large grassy area That's kind of off the beaten path, it's like in the rear part of the park where no one is. Perfect for a lot of different types of play."

"Loved the park, it has a playground and restroom room it’s not to far from Tempe market place. Also there are a lot of restaurants near the park. So you can grab some food and enjoy a picnic"

"Very nice and well kept park. I can’t believe not one person has brought up the homeless who reside here and sleep all over the tables. But they seem to not bother anyone, and with that aside and it is a nice park. A few of families with kids here."
