"After 17 MONTHS of not following plans and not managing this job and doing every step from start to finish multiple times, since nothing got done correctly the first time. Ventana still has not finished this job. In the better part of two years that this pool is taking to complete the only thing this about this company that is reliable is their ability to not get anything done correctly or in a timely manner. They have failed several inspections. One inspection taking 92 days from the first time they failed it until they finally got it passed. They took multiple “hiatus” from work for multiple weeks at a time with not a single person on site doing work. One star is far too high of a rating for this company. Every issue has been a direct result of the poor workmanship and lack of ability from Ventana outdoor living."
