"Been living here for over 5 years, never really had any issues. Move out was smooth and easy. Work orders were always done quickly especially emergencies like leaks and ACs. Office staff are always helpful in getting problems handled."

"I made sure to get my unit sprayed and kept it very clean, yet I would get eaten up by carpet beetles every night. They left welts on my body. I also found a ton of them in the window dead. This place is infested. When I first moved in I had broken appliances that needed fixing, but they fought with me about fixing them first."

"Worst apartment I have lived in. Cars constantly being broken into. Window of my car was broken from someone trying to break in. My husbands car had damage from someone trying to siphon gas. The last week of my lease someone tried to break in to my apartment, I was locked out for a day and a half. Emergency maintenance never came. I had to wait till Monday. Maintenance in general takes a few hours to show up. Security was always nowhere to be found. They made a whole big deal about having your dogs DNA for pooprints to try and lower the amount of dog poop in the complex. Yet, people would almost never follow it. The complex constantly smells like weed/cigarettes, even though it is a smoke free complex. Homeless roam the complex at times. I'm sure they'll try to sell you this great apartment complex, specially with all the renovations and food trucks that constantly visit. Don't buy in to it. Not everything that glitters is gold."

"One of the toilets i had to fix since Maintenance didn't come for 5 days. I purchased a snake to unclog the toilet. Second bathroom toilet was fixed and sink I assume he didn't feel like tighten the facet so it wouldnt leak. He gave a work around to not push it all the way back. I guess I will have to tighten it myself."

"Firenze has the most kind & loving staff ❤️. The community has improved alot since the new management took over. The new remodeled units are gorgeous, the food trucks are super convenient to everyone, I love my attached garage. So far has been a great experience living here at Firenze. Totally recommend it."
