"Contacted Creative Pools to have a new pool installed. They sent “Richard” out who was pleasant enough. He sat down with us and we discussed what we wanted. He took measurements and assured us that he would get back with us by the beginning of the following week as he had to go to LA on personal business. I left no less than 3 voicemails for him to call but received nothing. I called Creative Pools and spoke with a female who said he was on an appointment with a client and he would call me back. “Richard” did call and said he was sorry and that he was stuck in LA and he would contact me when he returned. This was about 3 1/2 weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything. I have since contacted two other pool builders who have already got the ball rolling. I suppose Creative Pools don’t need the business."
