"Really had a great experience with Presidential Pools. It started by meeting with Carlo in sales / design at our home. He listened to our needs and carefully drew up a nice spa-pool, custom fire pit, and the surrounding tile work. Shane was our project manager and everything went according to plan. How Shane pulled this off, considering the labor and commodity shortages these days, is beyond us. We started in March and could have easily finished before the end of June (even though Southwest Gas delayed things 3 weeks), but since we were away during the summer, Shane set up our pool completion for our return last week. The quality is excellent - really excellent. Cameron handled our start up and training the last two days and this guy really cares. We are now controlling our temperature, spa jets, pool light, and waterfall with our cell phones. Highly recommended company."

"If I knew when I signed up with them to do my pool, of what I know now, I would never hire them to do my pool. They're unreliable they never know who is doing what, no one communicates with their employees, you have to keep calling them and remind them what's needs to be done and when you talk to the sales person "Carlo" he tells you what you want to hear but other things are being done or in this case not done. We have been dealing with them since August of 2021. We bought a brand new home they told us that they can put the pool or at least start ones the stucco on the house was on the house, due to regulations and safety. Wellll house was done we moved in February 27th 2022, pool was not marked or even dug up, hot weather is approaching and STILL NOT DONE!!. So my recommendations Do Not go with this company. Also to add to this the people they contract to do the job are messy and some of them very rude."

"Dave at Presidential Pools & Spas was great to work with. He's a real professional. I absolutely love my new H2X swim spa. I did my research and looked at several models and manufacturers before going with Master Spas. It was worth waiting for. I've wanted one since they first started making swim spas and finally made it happen. Dave hooked us up with Greg Miller for the slab and electric. Great job! Jack came through with the delivery and hookup. Jack is an awesome guy to work with. Our whole extended family is looking forward to getting fit and enjoying the relaxation too. Thanks!"
