Our in-floor cleaning system was not getting the pool as clean as it should have been. Down Under was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue which ended up being a minor fix. We needed to drain and fill the pool and the charge was very reasonable. Every service we have had including a full pump replacement was reasonable. Great communication too. Luke has taken our cartridge filters off site to clean and service them and brings them back clean which is awesome. We are glad to have found Luke and would recommend him to anyone!"
