"I brought some trenchcoats here for dry cleaning. They came out so bright and beautiful! There was 1 coat with really old stains, I asked if they could do anything extra. They tried really hard to remove the stains, but the stains could not be removed. The staff were kind enough not to charge me. Everybody I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back in the future."

"I rarely review places, but this one deserves the best review. Took my king sized cotton/linen comforter in for laundered service. Dropped it on Sat and was ready by the date and time they indicated. She made sure and looked over the comforter before she took it in to make sure it was washed properly. When I picked it up it was wrapped perfectly, ironed, and smelled great. Absolutely 5 stars for this establishment and it’s the only dry cleaner I will ever use, unless I move away of course lol. "We have been taking our clothes here for several years. Their attention to detail is fantastic (they always find the glasses and pens my husband leaves hidden in his pockets). They are great at alterations, no matter how large or small the job is. They have a dressing room and a large mirror to make alterations more convenient. In addition, they do a great job making uniforms look snappy. I've never had a bad experience here, even when trusting them with delicate or bulky or older items. I'm always met with a cheerful smile and it is comforting to always see the same familiar faces at their store."

"Took a bridal party dress in. It has large rhinestones on the thinstraps. They charged me extra and had me sign a waiver in case they damaged them. When I questioned it, they assured me it was just a precaution and they "take the utmost care ". They never called to say my dress was ready, I called them after a week. I went to pick it up and two rhinestones are very obviously missing in the middle of the strap. They never mentioned it on the phone or when I picked it up. Now I have to pay more to get it fixed by someone else. My first time using this place and my last. Over priced and under delivered."
