"My partner and I are getting ready to move into an older house and just didn’t have the time and energy to give it the deep cleaning it needed before our moving date. We had another professional cleaner booked, but after a last minute cancellation we were worried about finding help in time. Prime Select came through for us. I called, got a quick and easy estimate (comparable prices), and they were able to schedule for that same weekend! Emily and Alma did an amazing job as the cleaning crew. It was a big job and they had their work cut out for them, but they were cheerful and friendly and went above and beyond making sure things were done well. The floors were pretty bad and they ended up having to go over them with the mop two or three times. Scrubbed the stairs by hand. Polished the cupboards, vacuumed the window wells, sanitized the kitchen areas. The house now looks and smells amazing and we are excited to move in. Well worth hiring professionals! "In the beginning I thought I struck gold- the honeymoon period was great. I will give them credit for getting us started with our Airbnb, accommodating a difficult schedule, and making 100% of the appointments. But as time went on the quality of work went down hill….significantly. Our one negative review that dropped our 5 star rating was a cleanliness issue. There was no attention to detail and the basics such as sinks, showers, windows and bathtubs were missed. The very high employee turnover rate made it impossible for them to learn the procedures creating extra work for me . I will say the two owners are good at their jobs. But i encourage them to build their staff with higher quality workers. I think it was an overwhelming project- this team is probably better suited for small jobs. They decided to drop our air BnB with 2 weeks notice due to staffing issues and gas prices. We are booked solid through June. Prior communication and more notice would have been greatly appreciated as they gave us literally no time to find , interview, hire, and train a new cleaning crew. I found this to be very unprofessional after a 6 month working relationship."

"I was moving out of my old apartment and I found Prime Select Cleaning on Google. I am so happy I used them. Everything about my experience with them was professional and courteous from beginning to end. They were on time, and the cleaner did an amazing job, my apartment was spotless and I got my entire security deposit back I will definitely be using them again !!"

"This was the worst cleaning I have ever received. The toilet was still dirty, the sink was dirty , the floor had spots, the stove was dirty, the fixtures weren't done. This was supposed to be a "deep" cleaning. I wouldn't want to see what a standard cleaning would of looked like. We had to clean the sink after they left. And toilet. Never received such poor cleaning service ever. Edit to respond to owner. With all due respect. All it took was proper cleaning solution to get these items clean. My husband used comet and sos pad to clean the sink. Turns out the harder spots were easy to come off. Picture if need be. The toilet as required some Lysol and a good scrub. The stove top just needed some 409 spray and the dusting at the bottom of cabinet tablet required you get on your knees and wipe down. This ai suppose to be deep cleaning. We are not impressed. We won't be asking you to come back either. Besides you pushed our appointment 1hr because you had some out or short staffed yet still came in 15 minutes late. We work from home and worked around your set time you agreed to come. No need to defend your work. Just be honest. It wasn't the best. Thank you for coming by though. Hope this was all good feedback."
