"I called Rebecca's to see about cleaning my mom's place. Talked to a really nice women and got general ideas on what when and the price for cleaning. After talking to my mother she decided to go to California to spend the summer and get out of the heat in Casa Grande. If anyone is in need of house cleaning give Rebecca's a call. I did."

"I don't know how you feel about bullies but I don't like them and I hate to see them be successful. There are two postings on these reviews that use highly inflammatory and frankly false characterizations of this business. I know for a fact that the reviewers Claiming SCAM and FRAUD are making up accusations because they wanted to reach outside the bounds of the defined and agreed service and demand things that were clearly not in the agreed contract, they got angry and decided to GET EVEN. In one case the entirety of the charges were refunded 100% within 1 day of realizing that the service could not go forward. In the other case the client fails to realize the realities of not allowing employees to accept cash or customers supply checks which cannot be previously verified. They didn't get their way so they besmirch a fine and honest business. I defy either one of them to show where they were unfairly out a single cent in any transaction conducted with Rebecca's Spotless Cleaning. Bullies who don't get their way lash out in inappropriate ways and that is what happened here."

"SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They only want your CREDIT CARD over the phone, just to clean your carpet. Two different people show not fit to clean carpets, with NO tools or a work truck to clean anything. The guy she sent out look around but, he talked to me about things that had nothing to do with my carpet are the stains. When I told Rebecca that I will pay him cash here or a check, she insisted that I have to pay with my credit card. I told her no, ill just pay him when he gets here. She said no to me about three times. That's when Rebecca said to me, then we can not do the job. She says she lives in Washington State, but uses a local number. I reported this to the police."
