"I got my suit back and it still had icing on the sleeve from the wedding I attended, not like a stain- like as if they did not even attempt to clean it. I tried the pants on before I brought them, had no problem. They broke the zipper off it’s threading entirely. They damaged a $900 suit. Awesome!"

"Used them for the 1st due to convenience. I usually use a cleaner in Avondale. It appears they are about 25% higher in price and I tried them for two shirts. One shirt has to be returned to them because it has blue stains. Things happen but for a higher price and no quality checks before they bag the clothes is not good business. I will return the shirt to see if they can fix it but I will probably wait before i make a change in cleaners."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE! Company is not responsible if items are ruined their Customer service is the worse you can get employees laugh at you instead of making sure service is good they have 3 to 4 girls running the store and heard one of them giving a phone call to a customer reminding them their items were ready which I think that is good but I never got a single phone call letting me know my stuff was ready, Be careful when you drop off your items here! It’s been months now that I dropped off 2 jackets light green and white the green one was still with the stain and the white one had looked like they had cleaned the floor with it jacket was brand new only wore it once for a dinner this was back in December and still have not heard from owner or management I have called both stores asked to talk to someone and nothing has happened yet I spoke to Hailey back in May and still has not gotten back to me i have sent several emails and nothing this is very unprofessional I did noticed that Hailey was laughing on the phone while I was giving her my complain this is one of the managers I can only imagine the owner if they are hiring this king of people to run their stores not caring the kind of service customers are getting I much rather wash my items by hand next time and take a chance I paid 50 dlls for this and still have not received my items back! Will never go back!"

"I recently took these dress pants in to be cleaned. I was hoping to get these stains out so they would be wearable again. These pants are still are the hanger from when I picked up. I really want to use this cleaners on a regular basis, but this is the THIRD TIME something like this has happened. I feel like they didn’t even try to get it cleaned and then never checked their work. $8 bucks for nothing."
