"I needed to have my rug cleaned professionally due to my dogs having an accident on it. I called another company before I chose Ames I decided on Ames because the pricing I thought was decent ($90). Dwaine came by on time he was professional and he explained what was going to be done. I hold him great! First when he was packing up his machine he tilted it over while it was still on the rug and started cleaning it off and then he went to unplug the cord while his machine was dripping the dirty water back onto the rug. Second when he was done the rug was pretty soaked with water. I think his machine didn’t suction the dirty water up very good. Before he left he told me to turn my fan on so it could dry up faster. I. ended up reaching out to Dwaine to let him know that the carpet was still not fully dry and it still has a bad odor. He suggested I put it outside so it could fully dry if that didn’t work he would come back out. I reached out to Dwaine to follow up but never received a call back. Maybe I should have went with the company that was charging $130"

He even provided me with extra product the next for some stains that still had odor after the carpet dried. He did not charge me for the product. He went above and beyond for me as a customer.
