They were both very polite and friendly had some pet stains and odor that needed to be removed came out and put a treatment on, let that soak in and penatrate to make sure it broke it all down then came back to clean the rugs. "Really reasonable price for carpet cleaning and responded to my inquiry quickly. We were running out of time to have our rental cleaned for move out and we were able to be scheduled quickly. Mauricio went above and beyond helping us out since we were out of the state at the time of cleaning, and sent great photos showing us his work and provided insight on making sure our rental didn't try to hold us responsible for items that were caused by poor carpet installation.
