"If you're looking for honest, reliable, quality, and modestly priced service, J&J is simply the best! They went above and beyond! When I called to schedule an appointment they were overly helpful, they came on time (early, actually!), and did quick and efficient work. They were very thorough and the job they did was fantastic. They cleaned our carpet on the last day of our lease, and when our crummy property management tried to stick us with a carpet cleaning fee because there was some leftover debris, J&J offered to go back the very afternoon I called and do a touch-up job absolutely for free! (To clarify: the initial cleaning job they did was fantastic, but the property management group was the one that left the debris.) They had my back and were willing to communicate with the property management and vouch for the good work they did, and save me $200. They truly went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation!"

"I took off work to be home during the hours they said they would arrive, not only did they push the appointment back 2 hours but near the end of the day then they completely canceled and said next week was the next best option. When you go through all the work of removing everything from the carpeted rooms in your home and you are told next week, inconvenient is an understatement. Get it together."
