"Had problems with septic. Called owner Tom since he had done the septic inspection just months prior. He said he would come out and look at it. Kept blowing me off. No communication and weeks go by...he never showed. I would NOT recommend wasting time or money on this company. He is not a man of his word!!! Amendment. The owner Tom called me and he was very apologetic about all this. He explained how unfortunately the ball just got dropped and that does happen in businesses sometimes so I am trying to be very understanding since he was very nice and very apologetic he felt very bad about the whole situation. So I would like to say that Tom seems to be a very nice guy and I would probably go ahead and give him the chance if you need help."

"Tom and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. When you call they actually answer the phone and they work to get your issue resolved and scheduled. While they had not initially put in our septic system within seconds Tom was able to access information on it and begin to problem solve. Cody did a quality job, including replacing the bolts to make it easier to access the filter in the future if needed and cleaned up everything. I will definitely use them for all my future septic needs."
