"Would be a better stop if there was some adult supervision. Young kids standing around talking... Playing grab@ss then looking annoyed when a customer requires attention. Very uncomfortable. I get that's it's hard to attract and keep these employees these days because adulting is hard but apparently allowing this behavior will never treat them work ethic. There was one older gentleman working diligently to keep items stocked while the rest cracked jokes and didn't seem to care he was carrying the load. He looked absolutely miserable. The two teens chatting as they built a subway.... longest build ever. The finish product looked anemic at best. Way to go loves"
"I've been stopping at this truck stop every Monday after 6 pm for months and every single time they're out of livers & gizzards. The answer is always the same "they sell fast"! If hey sell so fast, cook more. As a former restaurant manager for over 33 years, tell me that again. This place has lots of potential but it desperately needs new management. I think this will be my last time I stop by. I'll take my business somewhere else where they have all food available that's on the menu."
"Best fried chicken ever! I love it that the staff is almost always willing to drop an order of livers for me. The only times they've had to say no are when it's super busy and short-staffed, and when there were no livers thawed. Whether I get livers or not, I still get tenders and wedges. They're my favorite food for after a nice hike at Kartchner Caverns."
