"Small machines, that doesn't clean well and most dryers doesn't dry unless you put over $3 in them. Haven't noticed a public bathroom. Often not full. Many machines to use. Get in and out quickly."

"This is a terrible filthy laundromat. Today I went in only to wash large blankets and comforters. Loaded in the machine...went to get cash. ( needed 20.00 in quarters ) however their machines are not working. One is broken and the other empty. This is basic requirement of running a laundromat. They never seem to wash the floors, the detergent slots are so dirty they are growing mold. Called the phone number on the web listing and of course it went to a machine. So, I unloaded and will never be back. And as they say, I will tell "lots" of people because it was a very distasteful experience. I am sure the owners think it is a "hands off" business when in fact it is a tremendous amount of work and follow up...How do I know? Owned and operated one for years. The amount of broken machines is pathetic and make sure you bring your own change...can't count on them to have the basic working! They do not deserve your business and it shows they do not think very highly of their customers or the folks of Benson."

"The inside was very dirty and the change machines didn’t work not only for us but the 6 others said it didn’t work for them as well. However the convenience was nice and the different size washers was great so we could wash clothes and our rv rugs!! They could use an attendant on site for when issues come up as the other local businesses didn’t want to sell quarters which I get they need them too! We travel full time in our RV and we have to rely on laundromats a lot so it’s nice for them to be clean as they can be and be able yo get change"

"I came in to do an emergency hot wash of 6 bags of bedding, clothing and towels (I'm sure you know why). I dropped almost $60 at this business. The machines were filthy inside. There was nastiness in about every third washer. Immediately the coin counters started malfunctioning and taking my money. The person who appears to be employed to clean was there and he got me my money back, and showed me the trick to get the quarters to drop right. He chatted with the customers as he dusted a few coin slots and swept. The middle of the room smelled like mildew and I was pacing the floor waiting to get out of there. I paid for extra hot water and didn't get it, so now my clothes will still need be in quarantine for a month because I'm not going back to do it again. I'll be going to the old school laundry in town, it's simple, no digital rip-offs, no stench, and wayyyy less expensive. Gross."

"Unbelievable that in the day and age we are living with everything going up I'm price..... you'd think the owners would take seriously someone losing money in their BIG Washer. I'm getting very upset as to the lack of customer service in that I had a problem one week ago. Aug 25th AND I EVEN WROTE A NOTE TO WHOMEVER MANAGES THIS PLACE. FYI: You cannot find a manager on site. You cannot find a phone number to call a manager AND you cannot even tell the name of the business as there is no sign up with this business' name. It is extremely rude to not respond to a hand written note by a customer of your establishment. If I do not get a call soon and my money refunded there is going to be alot more reviews written by me. My guess is after word gets out in this little town....YOUR going to lose alot of your customer maybe even your business. Is this what your working towards???"
