"This location has been in decline for a while now. Food is either old or not prepared correctly. French fries are usually cold and unsalted. Ice cream machine is seemingly always down. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm finally giving up on this location. It sucks because there's not much variety in Benson since someone burned down Wild Dogs."

"The quality of this particular location has been in decline over the last year, and I've finally given up on them. Food is consistently overcooked (or left in the warmer too long) incorrectly prepared (burgers will have toppings we did not order, fries are old and unsalted) and on multiple occasions I've had to ask for missing items from my order. The manager/owner has been made aware of these issues months ago and things have only gotten worse. I'd suggest any of the other places nearby in Benson, it might be an extra 5 minute drive but you won't receive garbage food"

"So....for the manager who bragged about being the manager there for 4 years, I do not know what you consider good customer service, but I believe you know that our experience was far from it. After a 20 minute wait in the drive thru, the 3 cars in front of us were still sitting in parking spaces waiting for their food. There were three or four cars stuck behind us. We were greeted with an urgengy to pay upfront. Weird. I asked if the food was actually ready or had they even started. I wasn't going to pay if no food was even close. I might as well have asked her to go clean up her room. So for another lengthy spell of unnecessary words from a person who was treating us as if we'd showed up unannounced, we finally got a mixture of fresh fries scooped out with the older batch, burgers on hard edged bread, no drink, the wrong receipt and not enough change for the order. I overpaid for undeserved smugness, poor food and nothing to wash it down with. I just want the owner of this franchise to have the professionalism to respond to us all out here. I also want my money! I left you a message. I do except a reply."

"Very new place to have ir so dirty. No one helps you if you have questions. Owner should really pay more attention to his store"

"Typical McDonald's. Have to order at a kiosk, no ability to order at the front counter. Restrooms were not clean as they should be. The boys loved the velociraptor out front. We did love it is connected to a glass station for a quick fill up before heading on the road. If driving to or from Tucson, find a loves or other stop."
