"When my favorite scarf didn't come back with my other cleaned items Sparkle Cleaners did the right thing. They immediately called someone at the plant to trace the scarf. The next day they emailed me to say the scarf had been found. Then emailed me to say it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up they didn't charge me for cleaning it because temporarily losing it was their fault. What wonderful customer service. Definitely a five star business."

Today Brenda got me laughing hysterically because I brought in the wrong blouse to be dry cleaned. Then I brought in the correct one but left yet another in the car.
