"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Brought in a suit around 11/21, which was worn once before (perfect condition and was checked before drop off) Both the jacket and pants were damaged. They advised this was due to moths…. I requested to see the results, and was assured by Zach I would receive a call back from management. All my suits are zipped up in garment bags, and my 5 other suits show no damage from “moths.” (Which are all stored in the same closet) Have not received a call back, instead received an email to pick up my overdue order. This situation was not taken seriously AT ALL, and will be filed with the BBB. My family will be moving our business to Shaffer’s."
