"I've had many items cleaned here and they always look great. I must say that the tailoring service they offer went above my expectations. They made sure to color match the thread and to stay true to the original design of the hemline. They get a 10/10 from me."

"I dont wear suits too often, So I did my research since I didn't know exactly what happens at a dry cleaners. There's no way that the same dirt spot on the front of my suit coat should've still been there from when I dropped it off. I don't think they washed the coat, just pressed it and put in the plastic bag. Also don't take your nice hangers there, they return your coat with a cheap wire hanger. I would have gave 1 star but the lady was very pleasant in fixing incorrect price that the intake person incorrectly quoted me which was almost double."

"Gave this place this rating because, the first time I went I had a jacket dry cleaned and asked if they do alterations (asking for buttons on jacket ect). Was told yes!! Bought buttons and went in to get it done, young girl told me they dont have the machines to do it. Very fustrating!!! its simple, yes or no, to do this kind of service! Not right to mislead your customers."

"My review is specifically related to the front desk employee. The young girl who works the front desk is not helpful, not knowledgeable and is careless. I was charged incorrectly due to her mistake (which I had questioned her on before she charged my card and she told me I was wrong) and instead of apologizing and refunding my card she silently gave me cash. When I asked for the refund to go onto the card she had just charged, she said “it’s an old system”. The gentleman that works there attempted to be helpful and find my husband’s clothes that were not going to be done on time. My husband asked for his clothes back since they were needed prior to finish time and the girl said “I don’t go back there so sorry I can’t get you your clothes. It messes up the other clothes”. So we wouldn’t get our clothes back until the gentleman helped. The clothes have always been done next day without request, so we didn’t know to ask for next day service. She essentially did nothing and only made the situation worse."

"Took my expensive down comforter there to be cleaned because it looked dingy, and picked it up and there was a huge yellow stain on it and they said it was there before. Not only did they ruin my blanket they wouldn’t give me back the $42 I paid to have it cleaned. Also the blanket itself lost its luster in the material. *update. Took my comforter Dove Mountain dry cleaners and now my blanket is white and beautiful again! The “stain” is gone! See second picture. I still want my $45 back!"
