"My wife and I were not going to write a negative review because we wanted to give the owner an opportunity to fix the situation. Three women showed up to a 3300 square foot home to conduct a 2 hour cleaning. They all began on the top floor and within in 20 minutes they were vacuuming the stairs. I was stunned. We have been receiving cleaning services for 8 years and have never seen an entire floor with 3 full baths, 3 bedrooms, and an office be clean in such little time. My wife went upstairs to check and all three bathroom toilets were dirty (we keep a pretty clean house). When I say dirty I mean they did not scrub the inside of the toilets or clean the outside of all three toilets. I told one of the workers that the toilets were not clean and she revisited them. The toilets on the first floor were not clean either, I had to walk the maid over to show them the urine stains on the inside of the lid and and the toilet bowl. They did not mop or sweep the master bathroom or bedroom, they used the rag for stainless steel cleaner on my granite counter tops (disgustingly greasy), the microwave was never cleaned, there were foot prints from my daughter in the house after they mopped, the laundry room was not swept or mopped.....I could go on and on but you get the point. I took pictures and sent it to the owner. They should have provided another cleaning but they offered to come back and go over the areas they missed (terrible idea). The owner kept sending us an invoice for $125 totally disregarding they horrible job they did without even suggesting a discount, these are the worst business practices I have ever experienced. We will never use them again."
