"i’m never the one to complain or write reviews. i got my baseball pants hemmed and the leg pants were little wide for my legs and all i wanted was to get it a little bit tighter. she wanted to charge me an additional $20 on top of the $15 i already paid. customer service was not there just for a simple little fix. i wouldn’t go here customer service isn’t important to them."

"Horrible! I took 5 brand new brides maid dresses, with the tags on them to get the wrinkles out. Picked them up the day before the wedding and opened them up on wedding day to find multiple STAINS and SNAGS on each dress! Took them back that morning and was told it was our fault and we did it, and there would be no refund! My daughter, the bride was devastated! Terrible place!"

"BEWARE - Rude, unprofessional, and forcefully grabbed customer's arm without permission and followed out of store (after paying) I took my suits to Mom's Cleaners to be dry cleaned and informed the employee that the suits needed extra care due to excessive perspiration. At the time of dropping off the clothes, I explained this to the female worker. Although there was a language barrier, it appeared that she understood that I needed my suits dry cleaned and that I wanted Mom's Cleaners to remove the smell of perspiration. When I returned to the store to collect my clothes , after paying for the service, I inspected the suits to find that although they had been dry cleaned, they still smelled of perspiration. I informed the woman that my clothes smelled and needed to be re-cleaned. She refused and said they already cleaned them and my clothes were fine. I attempted to explain the situation that although they had dry cleaned my clothes, they still smelled, and the woman proceeded to smell the clothes and said they were fine, trying to have me leave the store. I asked her to speak with another employee and she refused. I called over the male employee working in the back of the store and explained the situation to him that the clothes had been dry cleaned but still smelled of perspiration. He inspected the clothes, informing me that they had been cleaned and they were fine. I pointed to the under arms explaining that they were not clean and then the male employee proceeded to forcefully grab my tricep and raise my arm - without my permission. Both the male and female workers refused to assist me in resolving this issue by properly cleaning my clothes as requested and as paid for, and proceeded to follow me out of the store to my car when I left."

"Best place ever. They are always friendly and the turn around time is great. They do an amazing job every time. I have them sew all my Scout clothes there. They have even gone out of their way to accommodate a next day order. Simply love this place."
