"Used to be excellent. No more. Our pool under their "care" has degenerated to the point where it's unusable. Will have to find alternatives, which is too bad. We were paying a premium for the service and have been dealing with excuses & delays & incredibly sloppy work for months. We have extended patience & goodwill for all this time. Our pool is now a toxic swamp that the company owner says is not fit to swim in. We have given them chance after chance & put up with failure upon failure. Now we're done."
