"After my vet gave me an astronomical price point for neutering my dog, I researched a lot of spay/neuter clinics throughout the valley to try to find a place that had great reviews and the cheapest price. Altered Tails had awesome reviews and had the cheapest prices! Plus I was able to add on a microchip and an ecollar for cheaper prices than elsewhere as well. Drop off and pickup were extremely easy. Everything was communicated clearly and the staff was very friendly. My dog has recovered from his neutering appointment so well and was able to rest thanks to the medicine and sedatives he was given to help my hyper pup heal properly. He is as happy as can be! I will definitely be recommending them in the future!"

"These folks have their business down to a science. Be sure to arrive early to get your spot in the car line as they process vehicles in order. They will get your pup straight from the car and will do a vet check in addition to the services you requested. They’ll call to tell you if they find anything and offer to treat it for you if they can. They will let you know how your companion is post-op and will give you the aftercare instructions when you pick them up."

"They did a wonderful job spaying my puppy. Had to schedule about a month in advance because they were booked. Expect to spend about 1 hour dropping off, from the time you get there. I got there about 20 minutes early, and there were about 10-15 cars already in line. Less time for pickup. It's a smooth drop-off and pick-up system for the amount of appointments they make. Communication was great. They let me know when surgery was done, how my pup was, and when I could pick her up. She's healing great (her appt was 7 days ago), and we haven't had any issues. She also got a "tattoo" indicating she's been altered. I assume they do this because they work with shelters a lot, and it ensures your pet won't go through unnecessary surgery in the future."

"Do you need your dog spayed or neutered? Today I had a great experience. From drop off at 7am to pick up at 215pm for my female dog. They fill you in with a lot of info and no question goes unanswered. If I ever have to do this again , this establishment is where I'll be going.. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of services."
