"My sweet diva, Camila, gave me the biggest scare when she developed tail rot on the tip of her tail. Dr. Navarro and the staff at this clinic were amazing through this whole ordeal from the first appointment, the amputation and to the last visit for her stitch removal. Everyone has been so friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I never had any issues when I have reached out with questions and there was very minimal wait time for any of the visits. Before the procedure, I was provided with a clear estimate of the costs and possible costs which allowed me to be prepared financially. "Great staff, very friendly. Not fond of the late policy. They will fine you for being late, but it's ok to keep you waiting for 20 minutes. Our appointment took 2.5 hours so be prepared for it to take a while if you need labs or x-rays done. The people were great,and I felt like they were knowledgeable and competent! Very informative also."
