"Wow I am so upset at this very moment my husband and I (now ex) have taken our dogs and cat here since 2012 and never have I felt so disgusted, disrespected and Misunderstood Buy a person let alone any employees under Dr. Hall’s employment! I recently adopted a dog from the pound and she came down with a UTI I have called the dogs doctor numerous times to get the proper medication dosage for my dogs in the past due to me getting them their medication at a feed store or online and not having the instructions for whatever reason and after explaining the situation Dr Hall himself or a vet tech would either answer the question at that time or call me back but not this morning and not with Kolone or how ever you spell his name.. I told Colony about my new dog peeing blood and that it has been going on for far to long due to financial difficulties but that I got her The amoxicillin that is usually used to treat a female canine experiencing a UTI. Now I know the dosage depends on the dogs, weight, and all of that, but Miss Cole Kulani wouldn’t let me fully complete our situation and by this time I am desperate my dog is in pain she is uncomfortable. She is pissing all over my house. My carpet is covered in piss and blood and as anybody knows a dog experiencing a UTI. The piss smells excruciatingly disgusting. It’s also oily. I’m already in tears because I feel bad for my dog and because I feel bad that I can’t financially take her in to see Dr. Hall but I know workaround and how to treat my animal I just needed someone to tell Me, how many milligrams of 60 pound female canine needs of amoxicillin for the 3 to 5 day recommended dosage treatment cycle. I asked her that and she flipped out on me saying I was extremely rude and raised her voice at me and then said OK let’s start over hi my name is Kalani. How can I help you , I didn’t know you guys hired children I will never be back to see you or refer you to anybody because Kalani miss took my tone of desperation as rude. I asked her to please have Dr. Hall or a vet tech call me with that information but she was like he’s in offices right now seeing other clients OK I’m sure he’ll take a break, he can call me like he’s done in the past because she said she’s not certified to give me that information so my dog I don’t know I guess I’m just gonna give her a whole pill and hopefully pray for the best because he was the only vet that understood financial hardships and was still empathetic enough to make sure the animal was treated for its condition. I’m so disappointed I’m heartbroken because now I don’t know where to turn for my dog. And Kehlani what you considered was rude was definitely not rude, but right before I hung up on you that was me being rude and the nicest most professional way I can be☺️"

"AMAZING!! The staff is so nice! I called to get an idea on how much a dental would cost for my small chihuahua. The person I spoke to was so friendly and patient. She took the time to explain everything and how much extractions usually are and so forth. Showed up for a consultation on 9/28 and was blown away by the actual cost it will be. So much cheaper than other clinics. Had a great consultation! Looking forward to getting my dog’s dental done and will update this review after. **Update: Lia came home with antibiotics and did great with her recovery!! Will definitely be back for future needs and will be sure to tell friends and family about the amazing care taken for our baby!!**"
