I booked an appointment for a health certificate for my dog a month ago to fly, which is a time sensitive appointment needing to be done within a few days before my flight. The day before the appointment they called to cancel it, with no options to get me in with another vet or at another clinic. The lady who called was extremely rude about my obvious distraught and pleas for help or referrals.She refused to give me other recommendations and pretty much told me I was screwed as to finding someone to get me in for a health certificate appointment. Thankfully, McClintok Animal Care Center was so kind and empathetic and squeezed me in for a same day appointment, I’m pretty positive the vet skipped her lunch break to see me. Don’t waste your time or energy on Banfield, the worst experience I’ve ever had."
