"I had a very negative experience with Dr. Kelly's Surgical unit in Phoenix. I had a friend drop off my 8 year old Papillion dog for a routine teeth cleaning. My friend told them to call me concerning her dental care and gave them my number. I heard nothing for several hours. I then received a call that she was ready to be picked up. I was told that they had to pull 6 teeth and that my charge would be $1050.00. I was shocked. I asked them why they did not call me to get my permission before extracting so many teeth. She told me the friend that dropped her off had given them approval to proceed. This was a blatant lie, as he said no such thing. They also decided to go ahead and do blood work, which I had previously declined. They removed the blood work charge. I am so upset about the way I was treated, and the added discomfort my dog experienced having the blood work done, when it was not required. I also question her having so many teeth extracted at the same time. As her owner I have the right to know in advance what surgery is going to be performed on my dog. I am considering filing a complaint against the surgery center."

"Absolutely phenomenal experience! my kitty Abby had a mass removed from her mammary gland which did turn out to be cancerous. It had not spread and I do believe they saved Abby’s life, as I could never have afforded this surgery elsewhere. She seems to be healthy and recovered quickly."

"Wish I could give 10 stars! Don’t let the sparseness of the bell and Tatum streets lobby steer you away. Dr. Kelly and team got my two male kittens in for neutering the same week. My usual vet quoted me over $530 PER KITTEN for neutering. At Dr. Kelly’s I was out the door for less than $150 each including antibiotics and pain meds. I’ll take a sparse lobby any day to not pay ridiculous prices. The team stayed in touch with me after the procedure and explained everything really well. New customer for sure!"

"Good service, reasonable price! This was the second time for my cat to have extractions due to stomatitis. They were able to get me in quickly, provided good care instructions and so far Sam is out of pain. I will definitely return for my pets surgery needs and I recommend Dr. Kelly’s whenever possible."
