"This store and the staff are amazing. Kasha was very attentive to each customer who came into the store. She took time to listen to my needs and what I was looking for. I shared about a deep personal loss and an upcoming anniversary of that loss. She immediately shifted me towards more appropriate crystals and smudging bundles. She even let me take a video of her demonstrating how to use the smudging bundle! (Note: not more expensive, not more items, simply more appropriate for my situation.) I look forward to returning for other items or to just walk in and enjoy the welcoming spirit of the space."

"What a fabulous time I had at Spiritually Bold yesterday!! My first time there and the owner could tell I was lost and she swooped in and rescued me! I wanted a Chakra Bracelet but didn’t see the style I wanted. She showed me all of the stones they had available & let me know they could make whatever I wanted! She along with her beautiful daughter, helped me pair the perfect stones with trinkets and explained what power each stone represented. I’m picky but they were able to help me design 2 beautiful Chakra Bracelets that I absolutely LOVE!!! The energy and aura in their store is warm and inviting! My bracelets were ready for pick-up in less than 24 hours and I even purchased one of the bracelets they had on display lol! Don’t order online or buy Chakra Bracelets from a random dealer - this is where you need to be and the service is phenomenal!! You can thank me later!"
