"My wife does Instacart/door dash she went in to pick up a curbside order and parked in the curbside spot. She the order was not ready so she used the restroom. They placed a sticker on the driver side window saying pickups only. Ok I understand that she took a little longer using the restroom and a paper under the wiper would of been effective. But no they had to stick a sticker on the windshield that did not come off completely and cleanly and it impaired her vision driving plus time to get it off and money. Very disappointing by a company that both of us like to shop at. How about I come and sticker your windows for poor customer service or when a item is defective that you sold or restrooms or store was messy. Look to giving our business to hobby lobby or joanns because when we have shopped at Michael's we do spend a lot of money. Thanks for the hassle."

"9/30/22 Update: Came in looking for some reasonable Halloween decorations. Saw the Black Tinsel Cat for $12.99 plus 40% off. Not a bargain here; buy it at WalMart for $5.98! Very same product! Do your research before coming here. Items may be overpriced even with the discounts. Unfortunately, I didn't buy anything. Disappointed this time! Oh, well! Better deals for me at the competitors! ****************************************** Late August/Early September: I returned and found everything I needed. Great associates, very helpful! Shout out to Sophia! Had a fun time buying sunflowers for decorative purposes! You will find whatever you need at great prices! See my finished Sunflower tree!"
