"We have had a terrible experience here and would not recommend to take your pet here. They scheduled us incorrectly and then we ended up having to wait over two hours because of a mistake they made, for two vaccines!!! We have been going to Banfield for many years and pay good money for their health plan, but this way they treated us is completely unacceptable. The doctor never came out to apologize and the staff that we spoke to had nothing but poor excuses. It is clear, that everybody is inexperienced. They have zero sense of customer service. The girl who ended up helping us had a crying breakdown in the end that made us feel very uncomfortable. At least she was trying to help with the problem, but the rest were just standing there doing nothing. The issue comes from the top and their management really needs help! Do yourself a favor and take your pet somewhere else."
