"Call demanding to speak to people and yell and cuss you out just because you won’t let them talk to who they’re asking for because they give you no information. I don’t care that you’re a law firm. You don’t get to talk to people like they’re trash. Especially if you’re looking for a specific person. Teach your employees how to show some respect before they call anyone."

"Company called my number asking to speak to a person I never heard of and I asked where are they calling from (never asked why they are calling) and this "boy" replied back with I don't have to give you that information in a snarky attitude. But yet he is the one that is calling me. Luckily I do have caller I.D but still like to ask where the person is calling from just in case the caller I.D is wrong. If I was a customer or needed a lawyer I would be looking somewhere else. Note: I only ask where they are calling from because to make sure I be placed in the do not call list."

"Zero stars! They have a judgment against my ex-wife and put a lien on my house that she hasn’t lived in, in over 15 years, and she’s not on the deed, but they won’t release the lien so I can sell the home. It’s not my debt, and I’m in No Way associated with this except being the ex-husband of the one they have a judgment on! They’ve been contacted by phone, email, and in person to remove the lien and they aren’t doing anything as if the judgment/lien is mine! CROOKED!"

"Had a interview then waited forever to start training started training and I asked to miss an hour of a shift to take my pregnant dog to her appointment and they fired me after I waited almost two months to start they didn’t give me a chance. But first day of training the trainer went to a appointment I asked ahead of time and the trainer said if u miss more then 3 hours you would have to restart training I wasn’t trying to miss more then three hours I was missing an hour. The sent it to HR the rudest unprofessional and I hung up on her before she even finished her damn sentence."

"DONT WORK HERE!! If you are a collector they tell you you can bonus out a ton then you get in and see almost nobody bonuses. It’s RARE. Also “work from home after 90 days” is a half truth. You CAN if you meet their unrealistic goals to get it. Not even the top collectors are making those goals to WFH. Save yourself the time fr. There are real work from home jobs that actually pay better too. Also, HR IS TERRIBLE HERE. Talk about power trippin. They literally are the RUDEST women you will ever meet. They really are awful. I hope they get replaced with compassionate people who talk to employees like humans and not just like your a child in the principals office. That’s disgusting. If you ever have the displeasure of having to talk to them, I feel bad for you. I only liked one of the managers, Sally. The trainer is good and so is Sharon. But everyone else in management is a NOPE."
