"Just wanted to say, but my experience with Mr. Pham was overall great in resolving my car accident case! I was referred by a family member and I initially had my doubts when I got into a severe accident as I’m generally not the type to pursue legal action, but they feared I could have injuries which would affect me long term (they were correct). Settlement time was exactly a year and 2 weeks since my accident, which is to say pretty timely given law cases can easily go on for years. Contingency rate was also great compared to other accident lawyers around the Phoenix, AZ area (this was paid through my settlement as a percentage rather than upfront, which is great as I never needed to chip in money to start the process; everyone gets paid at the conclusion of the settlement). Keep in mind, once you sign the dotted line, it will require you to follow through on appointments, information requests, and the like. I felt the settlement I received for my highway accident is well worth having Quyen vouch for me than going through insurance myself as I typically did before. This is especially true since quite a number of people in the valley don’t have enough insurance (this was in my case as the lady rear-ended me at highway speeds, totaling my car along with me receiving severe injuries to my back and neck especially… hopefully she learned to purchase enough insurance or simply not drive if she can’t afford the risks). The process to settlement was relatively smooth on my end, with very little communication for months since the accident other than following up with my doctor and chiropractor appointments (in essence, it was mostly direct and business-focused). I’ll admit it did make me uneasy with the radio silence for a few months hence the star loss, but thinking back on it now, this is a good though as I know my case is getting resolved rather than spent talking with clients constantly (a good trait when picking a lawyer given you wouldn’t want your lawyer to be nice with insurance or the other party). The only other major parts I had to do on my end was to file a leave of absence along with a short-term disability insurance claim from my workplace for me to heal and recover (I feared getting fired given I barely started my first ‘big’ job post-ASU at 3 months in, but ultimately my body and mind are worth more than any job in the world). It was rough only having a fraction of my usual income be given through disability insurance and having to fight with them on my own accord, but much better than no income at all. While I don’t feel my body is back to 100% pre-accident (more like 85%-95%), the settlement I received in the end helps deal with the lingering injuries and pain, which are for the most part minor and tolerable as of today. The chiropractor and doctor mentioned more than likely this is my body’s maximum limit of healing per se at the conclusion of the appointments. If I didn’t listen to my family and consulted with a lawyer, I would more than likely be underpaid for my settlement or even worse, be without one for my lifelong injuries. The initial consultation with Mr. Pham is free (he’ll state whether it is worth pursuing or not).
