"This company must be so financialy secure that they do not need any new business. I called three times to speak to someone about servicing my concentrator. Never got a live person, I left three voice mails asking if someone could call me back. Never heard back from anyone. Glad that they are so busy that they cant take five minuits to return a call."

"Durability of parts questionable! I bought a four-way valve for oxygen concentrator from this business when I receive the valve it was missing a small nut that holds the valve in place. I called and talked to someone who was very unprofessional and aggravated that I was calling and questioning the durability of the valve that was missing parts! I asked to speak with the manager so I could explain their employees actions but was told the person I was talking with was the owner of the company! Then I asked for there business license number And was hung up on! Customer service and part durability are in serious question! Business I’d is L12614702. Will be contacting BBB in Arizona to Express my concerns about the durability of the parts coming from this business! I will also be reviewing this company on all platforms available! Consumers beware!"
