"Firstly, nobody likes paying for maintenance on anything… least of all emergency maintenance when a spring breaks and you can’t open your garage. However, my experience with Same Day Garage Door Services was positive overall. A tech showed up within an hour of my call! The tech, Mike A, helped me out and did a great job explaining what was broken and how each of the three quotes (good, better, best) differed without being pushy about wasteful upselling. The first quote matched the cost estimate they provided me on the phone, but we ended up paying a bit more for the “better” option to replace some plastic parts that were showing wear as well. Mike spent less than an hour in total at my house, maybe closer to 30 minutes, so he worked quickly! I’m also satisfied with the quality of the parts and the quality of the workmanship. I’m hoping I don’t need to spend more money on garage door maintenance soon, but if I do I would be happy to call this company again."

I called them on an early afternoon and the customer service representative was able to get a technician out to repair come of the damaged weather striping on my garage door. They arrived ahead of schedule which was great. Mike W., the technician, was great to work with. He walked me through the entire repair process. When he was finished, he completed the repair as requested, provided some minor tune up to the garage door, and was kind enough to provide an estimate on recommended repairs. Mike was very professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for garage door repairs or services."
