I appreciated him calling that morning to advise me of what time he thought he would arrive and then texting me he was on his way. He was very professional and really took the time to dig into our refrigerator to get to the bottom of the issues. He even stayed late to install the new part. "This individual gave my a wife a time he would be at our house and then showed up 20 mins late. He also had a pompous attitude and was very rude to my wife (very lucky I was not at home). He was upset that our dryer was on the top floor because he had to take his equipment up the stairs. He did absolutely nothing due to him not being able to read the serial # (dryer is 15 years old) which we told the person prior to the appointment over the phone (why send this clown if that is the case). Needless to say, our dryer is still not fixed and more of our time has been wasted. American Home Shield is the warranty company that recommended Sears, so please do not use this third party warranty company, as they are absolutely horrible!!"

"Technician showed up (both my wife and I were onsite in a hot home awaiting his arrival). Spoke to briefly and then inspected the unit. We didn't see him again (or hear from him). 20 min later, I discover that he has left. I check with my wife-she had no contact with him either. Our email shows that we have been sent paperwork (via email) that reflects his comments on what the issue is and that we have signed it. Neither my wife nor I signed anything! There is an attachment which is supposedly (one of) our signature and it's just a curved line. We are upset in more ways than one. His comments about the HVAC were at least partially inaccurate as he asserts that the A/C was set at 88 and the pressure was within normal readings. I took a picture after discovering his departure and the setting appeared to be ten degrees cooler."
