Mesa Air Conditioning AZ 1711 West 6th Drive, Mesa, AZ 85202

"Our warranty company set us up with Mesa air conditioning. We were supposed to hear from them on Monday, our AC had not worked all weekend long and it was 118° outside. Since Mesa AC didn't call that morning we called them. They did come out within an hour but they didn't turn the report into the warranty company till the next day so it took a day and a half before our compressor was ordered. We were told it would take 3 to 4 days. After day five we still had not heard from either the warranty company or Mesa air conditioning. We tried calling Mesa air conditioning but the phone just kept ringing and now it just goes straight to a busy signal. They have no website so we can't find a email or any way to contact them other than driving there. We called the warranty company yesterday, they were supposed to check on the status of the compressor but they never followed up so now it's Saturday, one week after calling the warranty company and we still have no AC in 110+ degree weather in Arizona. We now have to wait until Monday to hear anything from anyone because the company to get the compressor isn't open for the weekend and we still can't get through to Mesa air conditioning plus they're closed on weekends. This sucks, we can't even stay at our house for the past week and still have no idea when they are going to be able to fix this."
