"We have had our Presidential Pool for 6 years now so occasionally we have a need for parts or service. Our in floor cleaning system stopped working recently so I placed a call expecting to pay out significant dollars to get it fixed. To my surprise, the folks in the parts department told me the most likely cause was easy for me to fix myself and the parts would still be under warranty. She recommended a Youtube video. That simple Youtube video showed me how to access the defective parts and it was indeed as easy as Presidential said. They were as good as their word as they covered the parts at no cost to me. I am really impressed with their customer service and their willingness to help me solve a problem without spending a bunch of money."
