Told us motor didn’t need replacement yet, gave an approximate cost if problems arise in future, even documenting model type so he has it on file if needed. Fast response, reliable and honest. UPDATE - turned out a couple months later the unit (25+ years old) needed replacement. Got a new unit at a reasonable price with a very fast install. Superb service."
