"First off let me say that the plumber that they sent out from Anytime Home Services was a pleasant fellow. That is where the niceties end. He provided an estimate to replace a rusted toilet flange and wax seal at $2500 and further told us that once approved by the Home Warranty company that the entire job would only take him 2.5 hours to complete.The home warranty company only approved $500 and we were told we would be stuck to pay the rest out of pocket. After some research I quickly found that a rusted toilet flange and seal replacement should only take a couple of hours max and the cost should be at max less than the $500 that Select Home Warranty approved. I quickly called a different local plumber for a 2nd opinion and was told the entire job would be around $400. That plumber arrived, did the work properly and completed everything in 65 minutes, not 2.5 hours. The total bill after a credit card fee and tax was $420. That was over $2000 less than the quote from Anytime Home Services. As you can imagine I am less than happy with their attempt to empty my wallet for their estimated 2.5 hours work that was completed by the other plumber in 65 min. You can draw your own conclusions about what was going on here. What I can tell you is that if you choose to use them for some work, that you need to get another quote or more from a different plumbing contractor. For those of you that are not familiar with what 2.5 hours of plumbing work and $50 worth of parts should cost, make sure you consult someone in your circle that is knowledgeable before paying an outrageous charge like $2500 for a toilet flange and wax seal replacement."

"George communicated when he was enroute and arrived when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the issue and contacted American Home Shield for approval. Once partial approval was received, he let me know what my portion would be. I paid my portion (bent pipe was not covered by warranty) and he quickly got to work on the hose bib repair/replacement. When he was done, he asked me to inspect his work. Everything looked great! I would use this company again."

"I had a pipe bust on Friday night, and Kaitlyn called me within an hour of getting the dispatch on Saturday. Kaitlyn was kind and kept me appraised of the progress of getting someone to come out on the weekend, which I really appreciated. Rene came out Sunday morning and was so great to work with -- he walked me through what was happening and what the next steps would be. He was very understanding and helpful. Anytime Home Services also connected me with the emergency company they use to start the demo / remodel process. I am so grateful that Anytime works on the weekends, and employs great people -- I would highly recommend this company, and both Kaitlyn & Rene! THANK YOU!"

"These people are liars and thieves. The toilet was running intermittently. The plastic piece that holds the flapper down was broken. Marcos the worker came over, I mentioned I had an electrician who was here a week earlier take a look at it. Took the top off and did not touch water or anything. He pointed out that the green plastic piece was broken. Marco took it apart and went to find the part., came back and said he couldn't find it and the whole complete kit would cost $450. He said he had to phone it in.. He lied, telling gen mgr Sara, that someone messed with it and broke it . They wouldn't fix it .Sara was as rude and condescending as could be. I told her Marco misunderstood me , NO ONE touched anything. They would not let Marco call me , they returned no calls. Now the $450 part, I went on Amazon found it for $27. and fixed it myself. So I would stay as far away from these Liars and Thieves."

"My Home Warranty Co. has sent me many plumbers over the years. This is the first time that I have been incredibly impressed with any of them. Anytime Home Services is efficient, effective and makes the home visit easy. Trent, the plumber, did an incredible job in taking care of my garbage disposal. He was efficient, effective and quickly took care of my problem. He was in an out in about 20 minutes total (if even that long). He was also very polite and just a great guy!! I will ALWAYS ask for this company with any other needs."
