"I do not recommend this business. I gave two phones to Sean over two years ago. He returned one, and never returned the other. I’m so angry with him because at least I could’ve taken my phone somewhere else, but he has completely hijacked it with no intentions to return it. Do not recommend this business at all. Sean may be very knowledgeable, but his professionalism is zero. I contacted him several times. Sometimes he would ignore me. Sometimes he would give me empty promises. I was so patient. But it is evident I have lost my phone forever."

"I did business with Sean just about one year ago now. I was very, very impressed with Sean's knowledge, skill set, customer service, and overall business practice. He knew almost immediately what the problem was with my computer, knew how to fix it, charged an unbelievably low price (even though he discovered later he should charge more because of the difficulty of the job), and was in general, a pleasure to talk to. Basically, I needed a new hard drive in my computer, and he told me he could transfer data, get a new hard drive in, and transfer it back and have it done within a day. Cool. It ended up taking four weeks. Fortunately, I didn't really need my computer during this time, so it wasn't a huge deal. What bothered me though, was during those four weeks, his communication was very poor. He would occasionally give me new dates of expected completion, then I wouldn't hear from him again. He'd then reach out and tell me to expect an update in 3-4 days (or whatever it was), that time would roll around, I wouldn't hear from him. I'd eventually text him asking for an update, hear back three days later to expect an update in a week, a week would go by and I wouldn't hear from him. Then when it finally came to picking up my laptop, there were a couple screws and a rubber foot on the bottom missing. He said he had ordered the parts and would let me know when they come in (maybe a couple weeks), and he's finish putting it back together. I have not heard from him to this day. Along with other follow up projects I tried sending his way, I have never been able to get in contact with him. So in conclusion, Sean is awesome. He knows everything. He can fix anything. He's beyond fair about prices. There's honestly no one I'd rather do business with (if I could consistently track him down). But his communication is atrocious and appalls me how he's even been able to establish a business with my experience with him."

"My family and I have had Shawn repair 3 of our computers. Shawn always gives me options on how much the repair may cost. He gets the work done quickly, and we never have to take a laptop/computer back to him for additional repairs. We have had simple items fixed as well as very complex items repaired. Everytime I go in to pick up a laptop/computer that Shawn repaired, I can never understand how he can do everything he has done at such a low price. I don't see how he makes any money. He does such excellent/awesome work. It is great to have such a dependable person like Shawn available to take care of all our computer/data/electronic needs. Thanks, Shawn!!!"

"I can't say enough about Sean and iFix Data & Computers in Tempe. He's my new hero! My external storage device, containing ALL the pics of our life, crashed. I took it to the Geek Squad only to be told they couldn't fix it and it would need to be sent out somewhere for an exorbitant price and no guarantee of success. A friend recommended iFix. I called and Sean had me bring it right in. While I was there he started working on it and immediately was able to retrieve pics. It was ready the next morning with 100% of the pictures & files recovered and at a VERY reasonable price. Sean's a great guy who provides outstanding service at fair prices. You need to make him your go-to computer guy . I know I have!"
