"This is how a biz should be run, with honesty and thorough information. I bought a pressure washer from another company last April. My pump.started to go bad...and in less than a year. I almost bought a replacement pump from them for $550. A business associate of mine told me about AAA. I couldn't be happier. Dave explained that my pump was ok, but not great, he even showed me a website where I could buy a replacement for $300, yeah $250 less than what the othe company wanted. I explained I didn't want another cheap pump. His knowledge of pumps was more than sufficient. He showed me pumps from $400 to over $1,000 and explained the quality differences between them, cost of parts and parts availability for each of them. I chose a $675 pump and had them swap it out. He also recommended putting an outlet on the bypass so the pump didn't overheat (which is the number one cause of pump failure) it was an extra $20. If you're in the market I'd recommend you at least compare them to others out there. I am a lifetime customer now. Thanks Dave."
