I called, needing somebody out right away. Within 90 minutes, the repairman was at the front door with ID. He found the problem and was able to repair it even it though it was now after sunset. He was neat, courteous, honest, and direct and advised me to have the regular service company out as soon as they had an appointment available, since the part was under warranty with them. I now have another A/C service company that I can keep in mind when hot weather fills everyone's schedules. They also offered coupons off service calls and repairs, so I even saved some money.
