"I have been using All Pro and Capital Collision for more than 15 years. I have also referred all whom have asked of me for my recommendation. With that being said, I was in an accident that put this company beyond 5 star status. One word that I would use is WOW. With Out Worries. The total professionalism from the minute you walk in the door to receiving your vehicle, all the way to the techs that perform the work. Not once did I have any apprehension on completion. They gave me updates when issues arose and handled them with ease. When they completed the work on my truck which was extensive frame, body parts, and painting the truck, a 2007 Toyota Tacoma look as if it rolled off a dealers showroom. "These guys are really great! My son's high school marching band worked very hard to raise money to purchase a used U-Haul truck and wanted it to be decorated with the school colors and mascot. When I contacted All Pro to tell them about the project, they didn't even hesitate and said they would be happy to help. They referred us to another company to produce the wrap and All Pro installed it on the truck. The installer really went out of his way to get the job done quickly and with high quality. Everyone that I worked with at All Pro was very professional and friendly. The truck looks great and the band is extremely happy with the wrap. "WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I brought my car in to be repaired thinking this was a different body shop that I received a deductible quote on a few months ago. When you drive to their location, you almost think that you’re at the wrong location as this seems more like a commercial body shop. I’m so glad this happened. I received great customer service and the work that was done on my car was wonderful. I had bumper and tail light damage on my car. I worked with the manager Ryan the whole time. My car was there for about 2 weeks. I was given status calls every Tuesday and Thursday, regardless of what type of news he had for me and answered all my questions in a professional, caring manner. He worked with my insurance company the complete time, which was awesome as there were times the insurance company was being difficult to work with and delayed the process.
