"Honest people that do excellent work at a fair price! I took my Nissan Exterra to their shop on Monday to get several things done and yet again a extremely positive experience!!! Its running extremely well now!!! One of the most important things to me is they are extremely honest and that is very important!!! There are a lot of auto shops that rip people off but I think champs philosophy is to perform excellent quality work at very reasonable price so they have a loyal customer base!!! "My experience with don at champs Auto repair was very rude the oil change was over price he proceeded to tell me that my oil change was past due and trying to shame me for it being passed due then he tried to shame me because I did not want to get my cabin air filter and my aC filter change because I could do it myself and save me money he then offered to price match it at any auto repair store so I got it done as I was paying for my repair bill he then proceeded to show me the filters and said that he likes to be honest with his customers and if they don't want to get the work done then he will send you somewhere else like jiffy lubes"
