"I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. First of all their attention to detail and trouble shooting is exceptional. The gentlemen that came out inspected the entire property until they got down to the root of the issue. This issue was overlooked by other companies which did not make me feel safe but this company took the time to make me feel important. The company is also very communicative. Once they figured out what was going on, they provided us with all of the options to consider. I loved that they weren’t pushy, but informative. Again, they took their time to help me understand those options and what would work best for me and my situation. Promptness is another thing that sets this company apart. As soon as I made the decision to move forward with them, they had the parts immediately and were able to fix my issue the day I called them back. I also feel that they are very affordable. I was very impressed with what their VIP Maintenance Policy included and how much it cost. I just want to thank this amazing team for taking the time to help me out and ensuring my safety!!! "I am reviewing in reference to a water leak from my Mom's walk-in tub that created 2 inches of water in the bathroom. After shutting off the main valve, I called Patrick Riley Plumbing to come fix the leak. The technician cut a hole in the wall to access the plumbing and attempted to repair the problem. He replaced the first hose and water began seeping from other hoses. Instead of attempting to fix those hoses, he backed off and said that he did not repair walk-in tubs and that I should call the manufacturer. He said he could cut the lines and cap them so that I could use the water throughout the day... I agreed. I did not realize that bill would be $499.00 for that amount of labor. My frustration is that I called another plumber the same day and they came out, repaired the cut lines and repaired the other leaking valves. They informed me that this was basic plumbing work and there was no need to have any specialty Plumber that works on walk-in tubs to do this type of work. The only issue may have been is that it took a couple of hours to get it done. On top of that, I paid him just $20 more to complete the job and fix the faucet than I paid Patrick Riley's plumber to just patch. I'm not one to blast companies with a poor review without trying to resolve my concerns beforehand so I called customer service to speak to a Manager. The agent put me on hold, came back and said the Manager would not speak to me and she would have to write it up and someone would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I felt so undervalued as a customer. Good workmanship, ethical tradesmen and excellent customer service are all traits I look for when selecting a company I do business with. Sadly, this company is lacking in these areas (in my opinion)."
