"Service Advisor and mechanic that fixed my 2016 s600 reefer unit were awesome. Came in around 5pm friday night to have my unit diagnosed and was hoping they could get it taken care of before they closed, they wouldn't be open til Monday. Jason was the mechanic and had my unit up and running in about an hr. Dude was super knowledgeable and was able to diagnose that my alternator was bad in less than a min...lol something I had had another mechanic from the place I purchased it from in December try to figure out a few times, he just replaced the battery and a month later issue came back. So was relieved when Jason figured it out and had me out of there in an hr and haven't had an issue since."

"Went in to have them replace the upper radiator hose because the compressor (they installed) wore a hole in it, plus it needed a compressor belt and tensioner. They took two weeks to come up with a $1475.00 estimate. $309.00 for parts. Do the math. Took the mechanic over an hour to let me know that he couldn't find the parts witch are there parts. Another employee found the parts in front of me in two minutes. They charged me $198.00 to diagnose what I told them. I told them it's about a 1 hour job and he said that they go by the ford labor time book. Really? Never doing business with them again..."

"Purchased a e-200 unit installed at a cost of $12000. Was promised this unit will cool my 2023 mercedes sprinter 170wb down to 70 degrees without insulation. Salesman Doug and mercedes benz blamed each other for the misinformation i received. I ended up with a $12000 option that doesn't work. Today I found out the unit is leaking, wasn't sealed properly so rain water flooded the inside. I was sent to an adress that doesn't exist down in tucson, no one there, building abandoned. Thermoking will not care about were they send you for repairs and just wash their hands."
